To our fellow citizens and the international community,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We, a group of committed and conscientious citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, guided by a profound sense of civic responsibility and patriotic duty, hereby officially declare the establishment of a new political force \u2014 the Movement of the Reformists of Tajikistan. This movement arises as a reform-oriented and freedom-committed initiative in response to the longstanding political and socio-economic crisis facing our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over a decade, many of our members have lived in exile, forced abroad by political repression and persecution. Despite the physical distance, our connection to Tajikistan has never weakened \u2014 neither our love for our homeland nor our determination to uphold our values and responsibilities. Today, we unite from across the globe with one shared goal: to accelerate our return and to liberate our people from the grip of a family-based authoritarian regime that has dominated Tajikistan for over thirty years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We call upon all conscious, freedom-loving citizens of Tajikistan \u2014 within the country and throughout the diaspora \u2014 to stand with us, to join this movement, and to participate in this vital, historic struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why We Enter the Political Arena<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have previously expressed, through various platforms, our intent to establish such a movement. Our objective is clear and urgent: to save the people and the state of Tajikistan from the depths of dynastic authoritarianism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overwhelming encouragement we have received \u2014 your letters, messages, and calls \u2014 have reaffirmed our resolve and made it evident that the time for decisive action has arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We therefore declare that our struggle will continue until its rightful conclusion: the dismantling of the dictatorial regime and the restoration of power to the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current regime has turned the state into a private, family-controlled enterprise. With each passing day, it deepens poverty, expands corruption, drives mass emigration, and fosters systemic injustice and inequality. In light of this reality, resistance is not merely a choice \u2014 it is a national necessity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Commitment to Unity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are fully prepared to cooperate with all opposition forces that share the goal of ending dictatorship and restoring dignity to our nation. Any political force that opposes tyranny is our ally and strategic partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We stand in solidarity with all opposition leaders and figures, and we welcome every advocate for justice into our ranks. No genuine opponent of the current regime is, or can be, our adversary \u2014 for we are united by one homeland, one nation, and one cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We envision a new Tajikistan:
\u2022 A nation where freedom is a fundamental right.
\u2022 A nation where the people are the ultimate source of power.
\u2022 A nation governed by elected representatives accountable to the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We demand liberty, justice, transparency, and equality in every aspect of public life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is comprehensive reform \u2014 authentic and far-reaching transformation. We are committed to pursuing it through all available political, legal, and civil means of resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Structure and Representation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official announcement of this movement was postponed to allow time for the formation and coordination of international chapters. Just days ago, at a general assembly of founders, committee members, and representatives, the groundwork for global coordination was laid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce that as of today, the Movement of the Reformists of Tajikistan is officially represented in the following countries:
France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Poland, Latvia, Turkey, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the near future, we will expand to other nations where Tajik citizens reside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this joint meeting, Muhammad Iqbol Sadriddin was unanimously elected as the Leader of the \u201cReformists of Tajikistan\u201d Movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Message to the People<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We pledge to operate with full transparency. We will not engage in covert or clandestine activities. Our sole source of strength is \u2014 and will remain \u2014 the people of Tajikistan, both within the country and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a national movement against a private regime. And in this struggle, the victory of the people is inevitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We call on you to unite with us. Support us. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. And may the Almighty guide us on this just and noble path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe will build Tajikistan through the pen, the voice, and reform!\u201d<\/strong>
\u201cWrite, speak, rise \u2014 reform begins with you!\u201d<\/strong>
\u201cCorruption is the enemy of the nation. Reform is the salvation of the nation!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
