This shows that Dushanbe uses Interpol not to fight crime but to persecute dissent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Migrants in Russia \u2014 Abandoned and Unprotected<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tajik migrants in Russia face daily humiliation, arrests, and violence.<\/li>\n<li>In 2023 alone, more than 100 suspicious deaths of Tajiks were reported in Russian detention centers and prisons.<\/li>\n<li>The Tajik government and its embassies remain silent, offering no protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Laws for Whom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Tajikistan, laws apply only to ordinary people. The ruling family is above justice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Murders, rapes, and corruption committed by Rahmon\u2019s relatives go unpunished.<\/li>\n<li>National assets and businesses are registered under the names of his children and close kin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Electricity Rationing, Rights Rationing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While Rahmon speaks of \u201clegal awareness\u201d at the UN, citizens in Tajikistan live under electricity rationing \u2014 in many regions, power is available for only a few hours a day.<\/p>\n<p>Is this what Rahmon calls \u201clegal awareness\u201d?<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Core Question: Which Rights?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When Rahmon calls for a \u201cYear of Legal Awareness,\u201d the questions arise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which rights?<\/li>\n<li>The rights that land citizens in jail?<\/li>\n<li>The rights that criminalize lawyers?<\/li>\n<li>The rights that exempt his family from accountability?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This UN proposal is nothing more than a political farce and a brazen lie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccc Appendix: Facts and Quotes from International Sources<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human Rights Watch (2025): The Tajik government suppresses free expression, imprisons opposition and journalists, and abuses Interpol to pursue dissidents abroad.<\/li>\n<li>Amnesty International: Persecution of lawyers and activists continues; rights to assembly and free
